Estimated colorectal cancer (CRC) risk based on the PROMOTE model, developed in a large multicenter study across 19 Italian centers. The model includes over 5,000 patients from derivation (n=2059), prospective (n=1321), and geographical validation (n=1924) cohorts. Risk estimates are calculated using age, prior colonoscopy (within 10 years), and clinical indication (based on CAP, i.e. Colonoscopy Appropriateness Prioritization, criteria). Results come from a multivariable logistic regression model and are intended to support, not replace, clinical judgement.
